Since Annette and her Pet Nannies have come into our lives, we feel a
remarkable sense of freedom and security, knowing that our pets will be
well taken care of. I trust Annette's sense of judgment and honesty with respect to
the Nannies she sends and we have enjoyed working with all of them. Annette and
her Nannies pay a lot of personal attention to our dogs with regard to walking,
feeding, and playing with them. They also pick up after them and do the laundry,
if necessary. As well as dog sitting for our 13 year old Caprice, our 10 year old
Caper,and our 4 month puppy Carli, Annette and her Nannies also take care of
my 91year old mom, Alma, who enjoys their company and looks forward to their
visits. Annette does all in her power to accommodate our needs and our
hours,which I greatly appreciate! I recommend Annette Follas highly!

Annette is reliable, prompt, very professional and -- our miniature dachshund,
Moxie, is “wild” about her.  When she arrives to take him out, he practically does
handstands at the door. Annette picks him up, and Moxie climbs over her
shoulders, around her neck, and just about covers her with “kisses.”

The strongest evidence of the rapport she has with our dog is that he never looks
back, never looks “sad,” when they leave our home.  Moxie comes home happy,
without any bad habits, and always pleasantly exhausted from having had such
a good time with the Pet Nanny.

I just wanted to let you know how much our family appreciates the wonderful love and attention
you give our pets, Duster (4 year old coton de tulear) and Eddie (1 year old pacific parrotlet).

We absolutely adore our "babies" and we can tell that you treat them with the same affection as
we do.  They are always happy and healthy when we return from our trips, but i think the best
proof is watching Duster nearly wag his tail off when you arrive.

Your professional service often goes beyond what others would be prepared to do, like the
time Eddie was very sick before we left, and we entrusted you to take him to the veterinarian's
office and give him meds twice a day (getting bitten each time - I'm so sorry!). But I think your
dedication really shone through the on weekend you stopped by with treats for duster, just to
say "Hi".
